Fresh Funds Flow into Tsodilo’s Botswana Critical Minerals Play

Tsodilo Resources has completed a non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of C$900,000 through the issuance of 4.5 million units at a subscription price of C$0.20 per unit.

The funds will be directed towards advancing the company’s Xaudum Iron Formation critical minerals and rare earth elements project in Botswana, with the balance allocated to general corporate purposes and working capital.

Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of C$0.20 for a period of five years from the date of issuance. The placement closed on 18 March 2026.
